Pickup and shipping

Pickup may be available for local customers. In other cases, labels are typically shipped using common carrier services after production is complete.

Delivery method and destination are selected based on your location, order details and timing expectations.

Timing

Two timing windows are useful to track:

• Production timing: typically 3 business days after proof approval and specification confirmation, where applicable.
• Carrier transit: depends on carrier and destination and is separate from production time.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless a specific service-level arrangement is confirmed.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges may be quoted and invoiced based on destination and service requirements. Charges are provided as part of the project communication where relevant.

Address accuracy

Please provide complete and accurate shipping information before final approval. If an address changes, please notify WD Labels as soon as possible so dispatch details can be updated.

Transit damage or loss

If a shipment appears damaged or does not arrive as expected, contact WD Labels promptly and include your order details and photos if available. We will help investigate carrier handling and escalation based on available shipment records.

We also coordinate with the carrier when required and help determine practical next steps.

Partial and split shipments

Partial or split shipments may be possible in some project structures. The available approach depends on job stage, finishing status, and destination constraints. We discuss options during the project if this situation applies.
